SALES AND DELIVERY TERMS
This price list does not list all of our products and variants. If you prefer specific manufacturing in other sizes, colours, etc., please contact us. When ordering, always state the article number and colour. All measurements are expressed in millimetres. Orders placed with measurements expressed otherwise will be delivered as above. It is the responsibility of the customer/client to check that products, design, size and quantity on the order confirmation match the order placed. Products manufactured according to confirmed orders are deemed to be correctly produced and may not be repurchased. All products are expressed as Gross, excl. VAT.
COST OF COLOUR CHANGES
Colours T1, T38, T101, T102, T103, T4, T9 and T36 are available at no additional charge. Otherwise the cost of a colour change is SEK 560 net excl. VAT per order. For customised colours, please request a quote.
To minimise packaging, packaging time and to prevent bulky freight all goods are delivered with a goods label/order. If labelled packaging for distinguishing the package is preferred (such as room number or floor) prices after request. We however print multiple labels in the delivery note specification free of charge.
30 days net. A penalty interest on arrears of 18% is charged with effect from the due date. Value Added Tax is added to stated prices.
Goods are delivered ex-works (EXW). An estimated shipping cost is available on request.
A charge is made for pallets, pallet collars, screened boxes and Masonite. Other packaging is free of charge.
A waybill should be attached on the gods upon delivery. Check that the number of parcels match. Packaging damage should always be immediately recorded on the delivery note and signed by the driver.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If damage to the goods has occurred during transit, this should be reported to the freight company/carrier within 7 days. Damage reported after this time will not be accepted and compensated. NOTE! Always unpack and inspect the goods within 7 days!
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Returns of products cannot be done without agreement. Specially produced, non-stock products cannot be returned and will therefore not be refunded. So please always contact us beforehand. Approved returns are credited with 80% of the value of the goods. Shipping is not credited. In exceptional cases we may need to charge a handling fee. We will inform you about these when you contact us.
The delivery time indicated on the order acknowledgement is the delivery week from the factory unless otherwise specified. NOTE! Stock goods, current maximum of 5 days delivery time.
Hyllteknik is responsible for any defects in design, material and manufacturing that appear within 2 years from the delivery date. Damage in transit cannot be claimed under warranty. Where specific production is carried out based on drawing documents from the customer/client, Hytllteknik shall not be held liable for any shortcomings in design.
We make reservations for misprints and price changes. Specifications shown may be changed without prior warning or notice. Contact us for more detailed information.
